Steps To New Student Enrollment

*To enroll your child, you must be the legal guardian and live within the South Lane School District boundaries.  

1. 1. Check your address by clicking here, to know what school your child will attend. 
   2. Click the link below, create a family account and fill out the online enrollment. 
   3. Wait for the school to let you know if you need to supply any more information and what date your child will start school.

Important Documents Needed

• • Proof of age (birth certificate, adoption papers, passport, etc.)
  • Proof of address (mortgage statement, rental agreement, utility bill, etc.)
  • Immunization Records
  • Recent report card or transcript
  • Custody papers

Online Enrollment

Live Outside South Lane School District Boundaries

If you would like to attend a school in the South Lane School District but do not live within the boundaries of South Lane, you must fill out an Inter-District Transfer Request form for each child and return it to the District Office at 455 Adams Avenue in Cottage Grove.  The district you live within and South Lane School District must approve this Transfer Request BEFORE you can enroll online.  If your enrollment form has already been submitted, it will not be approved until the Transfer Request has been approved.
